This was my first visit with Dr. Shannon, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. She began my visit complaining about a patient she had seen earlier. There were no HIPPA violations, but it was extremely unprofessional, and she went on an on about her for a couple of minutes. I would much prefer she leave her frustration at the door and focus on my visit. She also spent a couple of minutes talking about her friends and family who had had a similar cancer diagnosis as myself. If she felt the need for small talk, I would prefer she spend the time getting to know me a bit and not focus on people in her circle. Her overall demeanor was not The Sharp Experience, along with some physical pain during her examination (which I've never had with any OB/GYN physician, PA, or NP before). I'd like to hope this was an "off" day for her, but will prefer to see someone else in the future. Thank you.

Dr Shannon is incredible and very comfortable in all aspects and concerns in and relating to my current condition.
