I have cared for patients over the age of 65 for 35 years and have found interacting with older patients and their families not only a humbling and deeply satisfying experience, but also a tremendous privilege. The principles of my practice include hope, communication and compassion. Outside of work, I enjoy international travel, great food and spending time with family and friends.

Really bad experience. When I switched to this new health care provider, I requested my medical records with proper identification and signature guarantee from my previous medical provider be transferred which never happened. The new provider claimed that they were never received, although every possible means of contact information was double checked for accuracy.

NP Kelly is wonderful but obtaining follow up information has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My frustration with the phone messaging system & my inability to get results & follow up information is why I would never recommend this office to others.
