I just got out of Sharp Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hoffman read my chart and came ready to discuss everything that had gone on. She even read me an entire report from the echocardiogram that I had not understood. She was absolutely terrific. We made many plans for the upcoming months. So very grateful to her.
