Dr. Matsumoto's superpower is listening :-). He understood my concerns & validated the questions I had. He is so knowledgeable about anything I have thrown at him and I trust his opinion and care completely.

The Doctor spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions.

I had some questions for the doctor that I didn't think were strange, but his responses made me feel a little stupid for asking them. Nothing he said was outright inappropriate, but his tone and the looks he gave me felt politely condescending. There isn't one specific comment I can point to. It was more the overall response that made me feel silly for even asking.I do think he realized how it came across and tried to make up for it later in the visit, but by then I was already uncomfortable and it didn't really change how I felt.I came back to Dr. Matsumoto because he saw me last year and that experience was fine. After this visit, I decided I wouldn't return. You should be able to ask your doctor questions without being made to feel silly.

Dr. Matsumoto is among the best physicians I have ever had. He patientlylistens to my concerns. He does an excellent job explaining the results of my tests. I am confident that I am receiving good health care. I would recommend him to other patients.
