If you have a medical concern or require a follow-up appointment and you'd like to save a trip to the doctor's office, a video or phone visit may be right for you. Video and phone visits with your primary care doctor and some specialists are available for certain medical conditions.
Our family medicine, internal medicine and pediatric doctors offer same-day and next-day appointments, and some offer weekend and evening hours.
After-hours pediatric appointments are available 365 days a year at select locations when your child isn't feeling well. To make an appointment, call 858-499-2701 after 2 pm on weekdays and any time on weekends or holidays.
We make it easy to safely get the care you need — through virtual visits and in-person care. We offer same-day virtual care visits daily, and in-person care at our six urgent care centers across San Diego County. Find an urgent care near you.
To speak to a nurse after hours, call 1-800-767-4277, Monday through Friday, from 5 pm to 8 am, and any time on weekends.
If you need medical advice during weekdays, you can speak to a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by calling 858-499-2600, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Need a ride to your appointment? We can get you there. We offer free transportation services to select patients for non-emergency appointments, as well as a scheduled shuttle service between some of our medical centers.
