I was drawn to neurology by its complexity and the existential weight associated with many neurologic diagnoses. I find it rewarding to help people with these conditions and value the relationships that develop in the process. I strive to provide kind, compassionate, and patient-centered care. I work closely with my patients to create evidence-based treatment plans that meet their specific needs. My goal is to help my patients get back to what is important to them and brings them joy. In my spare time I like surfing, snorkeling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Cogne is an excellent Neurologist. He listens to my problems and initiate immediate solution. I was having bad side effects on my medicine and he stopped medication immediately and recommended a new one but will prescribe after getting results of EKG, which was scheduled with my PC the same day. Thanks Dr. Cogne to all his staff.
