Community re-entry program
Sharp HealthCare's Community Re-Entry Program offers a personalized path to recovery for individuals with brain injury related to an accident, illness, stroke or other neurological disorders. This program provides comprehensive, specialized rehabilitation to help individuals age 16 and older successfully return to home, school, work and the community.
Why we're unique
We offer outpatient therapeutic group activities guided by experts for up to six hours each day, four days a week. This intensive treatment leads to the most success in regaining independence.
Our program helps patients re-learn and strengthen skills that are essential to personal well-being, focused on independence in daily living.
