Dr Baffi is extraordinary and exemplary. She deserves an award for the care she provides my brother with a TBI and many ongoing health issues including serious sleep apnea. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and at the same time so compassionate, caring and thoughtful. We have seen so many Drs over the many years since my brother's TBI, and Dr Baffi stands out in all categories. She explains things to him in a way he understands. She also always takes into account the complications of his health conditions ( something that many Drs fail to do). He can be difficult to understand, but always needs to ask questions, and Dr Baffi consistently takes the time to understand his questions and explain the situation to him. Under Dr. Baffi's care, I always know that my brother's pulmonary care will be exceptional and take into account his many complicated underlying conditions. Also, she is always calm and doesn't seem rushed- Its as if she is a concierge provider !! I don't know how she does it given her schedule. Any patient would be lucky to have Dr Baffi as their pulmonologist-we are!! I am a scientist and I have studied my brother's different conditions over the years, so I feel I can confidently assess that Dr Baffi is an exceptional Dr in every way.
