Amy and Kerri walked me through everything they were doing. Very nice. Dr. Chu was also very nice and professional. Explained what she was going to do, and then lights out. After, Dr. Chu came in and explained what she did and what she saw, and I felt confident in her talents. This whole team took a previous bad experience into a calm and ease new experience. I am very grateful. I was very stressed out about this procedure.
