Sharp Grossmont Hospital
Sleep Disorders Center at Sharp Grossmont Hospital
The sleep you need from the name you trust.
Sleep is vital to your well-being, and without it, many aspects of your life can suffer. So if you're one of the 40 million Americans who experience a sleep disorder, we get it. And we strive to bring proper sleep patterns back into your daily routine.
At the Sharp Grossmont Hospital Sleep Disorders Center, we have a specialized outpatient facility dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide range of issues — from snoring to insomnia, narcolepsy to restless leg syndrome. We are sleep specialists, polysomnographers and more — all dedicated to creating a treatment plan that works best for you.
How it all works.
If a sleep disorder is disrupting your life, talk to your doctor. Upon referral we'll conduct a comprehensive review, and if needed, order a sleep study. This involves an overnight stay in one of our hotel-style outpatient rooms. Our cutting-edge technologies monitor your sleep, focusing on unusual body movement, heart rate, breathing patterns or brain waves.
Depending on your diagnosis, our specialists will cater their care to you. Whatever the outcome, trust in your care team to create a treatment plan that works best for you.
