Staci Dickerson
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Sharp HealthCare
As the senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Sharp HealthCare, Staci Dickerson is responsible for oversight of financial decision support, population management finance, supply chain management, vendor and payor contracting, government reimbursement, financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, tax, accounts payable, payroll, treasury and patient financial services, including revenue cycle management, charge master, rate rationalization and billing and receivables.
Dickerson serves on numerous boards and committees, including the Sharp Health Plan Board and Continuous Quality Insurance, SPC, Board. She serves as member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Healthcare Expert Panel and is a past member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association's National Principles and Practices Board and San Diego/Imperial Chapter Board. Dickerson is also a graduate of the Health Management Academy GE Chief Financial Officer Fellows Program.
Dickerson began her career at Sharp HealthCare in 2003 and has served as the director of managed care finance and vice president of finance. She was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2017. Prior to joining Sharp, Dickerson was a firm-designated health care specialist at an international public accounting and consulting firm.
Dickerson is a certified public accountant and received her bachelor of science degree from Oregon State University where she graduated summa cum laude.
