Trisha Khaleghi is the senior vice president and chief executive officer of Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns, the largest and most extensive freestanding center for women's health in Southern California, offering a variety of alternatives for the birthing experience and obstetrical care.
Ms. Khaleghi also serves as the senior vice president and chief executive officer of Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital and The McDonald Center at Sharp HealthCare, which includes chemical dependency programs at both Sharp Mesa Vista and Sharp McDonald Center — the largest and oldest providers of behavioral health services in San Diego County.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Khaleghi was the vice president of clinical services at Sharp Memorial Hospital, which included surgery, pharmacy, radiology, outpatient pavilion, cardiology, transplant and oncology service lines. She was responsible for more than 800 full-time employees in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and for overall fiscal and quality outcomes for each of these departments. Ms. Khaleghi has been a Sharp employee since 1991.
She earned her bachelor's of science in nursing and master's of science in nursing from the University of Kentucky.
