Dr Singh interacted well with my son before doing assessment. She did well earning his trust so that he is comfortable in the exam chair. She explained everything thoroughly and reassured me (mother) that there is nothing to be concerned about. She made me feel at ease by saying that I can always reach out if I have any concerns
