About John Hallsten, MD

I became a physician because the idea of dedicating my life to making others' lives better resonated with me intensely. It is my calling. My approach to patient care is unique as a vascular surgeon. I am able to offer a range of invasive and noninvasive interventions based on burden and disease, anatomy and patient preference. I typically see patients at the more severe end of their disease process, so it is rewarding for me to be able to help someone save their limb, extend their life or improve their quality of life. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym and the beach. I also enjoy music and frequent concerts with friends and family.
