Excellent experience. Dr. Hsiao explained things so clearly, and I finally understood my situation. Very calm, pain free and zero stress experience.

Dr. Hsiao was not very friendly. I initially felt like he had a heavy energy on him and didn't want to be there. When he asked me questions about why I was referred to him, I told him because of my iron deficiency. He then said "so they just sent tou to me without even trying to help you first or give you like birth control to try?!" So I felt like he was mad at my pcp for sending me his way immediately. I felt like I was wasting his time when truly it was me who wasted my time answering his questions. It was my worst visit at SRS ever. I should have chosen a female doctor but they were all booked too far out. Now I know better not to choose dr.hsiao.his voice tone is kind of mean and not showing any signs of compassion.

VERY likely to recommend Dr. Hsiao to others, especially during this time where abortions are slowly being banned again. He is an angel on earth for listening to us women.
