It is important that all children, especially infants and young children, receive recommended immunizations on time.
Birth to 12 months
1 to 3 days after leaving the hospital
- Well-child exam
- Hepatitis B (if not received at hospital at birth)
14 days

- Hepatitis B (if child hasn't yet received)
6 to 8 weeks
- Well-child exam
- Pentacel (DTaP, polio, HiB)

- Menactra (meningitis)
- HPV (2 doses given 6 months apart)

13 to 18 years
- Physical exam yearly
- Menactra (meningitis, at age 16)
- Bexsero (meningitis, 2 doses given 6 months apart; at age 16 to 18)
